Shipping & Return

Shipping 

Squeakyandco.com ships within the U.S. via USPS and UPS and to certain International countries via USPS.
➜ Please double check your shipping address before checking out. We cannot accommodate address changes.
If you need an order to be shipped to a different country than what is currently available on our site simply send us an email with the shipping address and we will look into shipping cost and let you know. 
 
ORDERS

Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

All orders are processed in 3-5 business days, not including weekends. After that, standard delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days and 14-30 business days for international orders. Please keep in mind that during busy periods and holidays these times may vary.

International Shipping

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
Please note that there are often delivery delays due to COVID-19 in processing, transportation and customs clearance.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
 
Return  Policy

Squeaky and Co. does not accept returns at this time. If there is an issue with your order please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please reference your order number.
We accept non-personalized apparels exchange in new/unused condition if the size does not fit your pet. 
To initiate an exchange please email henlo@squeakyandco.com with your order number to request an exchange. The customer service team will then provide you with an instruction. 

Once we receive your item in new/unused condition, we will initiate the exchange. Buyer will be responsible for new shipment shipping fee.
International Orders: We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Shipping Fees
